What We Do

Harnessing videogame technology to shape stronger and healthier lives
The play2PREVENT (p2P) Lab is a leader in developing and evaluating evidence-based serious games – video games intended for use beyond just entertainment, but for real-world impact in risk prevention, well-being, and social intelligence. We use principles of character education and components of social and emotional learning to develop innovative targeted digital health games to impact a range of health outcomes in youth and young adults.
We employ the most rigorous scientific methods and metrics available to ensure that our games are engaging, effective, and scalable. Our mobile games meet youth ‘where they are’ and have the capacity to deliver these effective interventions with much greater engagement, fidelity, reach, scalability, and impact.
