Mission
The mission of Play2Prevent™ is to cultivate and expand this unique platform and serve as a repository for video game-based educational materials and interventions geared towards prevention in young teens and young adults. Building on the expertise of our team, we will create an expanding resource for individuals, schools, and communities in order to improve and sustain the health and well-being of young people.
Vision
Our vision is that video game technology will be harnessed to help to create engaging and effective methods of teaching skills and conveying information during game-play which will then translate to healthier and safer lives for individuals as they move through early adolescence into young adulthood.
